You’ll be the first point of contact for patients and referral sources, ensuring accurate intake, insurance qualification, and coordination of durable medical equipment and respiratory services. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience with insurance verification and patient intake.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient intake and verify insurance coverage.
• Coordinate documentation for respiratory products and equipment.
• Communicate with patients, referral sources, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with outside agencies to resolve issues and ensure continuity of care.
• Process CMNs, SOPs, invoices, and delivery paperwork.
• Maintain records in compliance with standards.
