Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Franklin, MA is hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to join our caregiving team. We offer immediate openings with full-time and part-time hours, including weekday and weekend schedules, and weekly pay.

You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, companionship, and light housekeeping in clients' homes, following care plans and maintaining safety. Active CNA/HHA/PCA certification is required.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently in clients' homes.
• Dependable and able to follow through on shifts.
• Vaccination records preferred.

Responsibilities
