Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Franklin, MA is hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide in-home personal care. Earn $20–$23 per hour with weekly pay, and flexible full-time or part-time schedules. Shifts include first and second, with weekday and weekend options to fit your life.

You'll assist with bathing, mobility, meals, companionship, light housekeeping, and follow care plans to keep clients safe and comfortable at home.

Qualifications

• Active CNA/HHA/PCA certification
• Compassionate, patient and reliable
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently in clients' homes
• Able to commit to assigned schedules
• Complete vaccination records preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming and personal care
• Help with walking, transfers and mobility
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe home
• Follow individualized care plans and established routines
