SYNERGY HomeCare in Plymouth, MA is seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs for care at home. Both full-time and part-time roles with flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and 20+ hours per week are available.

Immediate hiring for Plymouth, MA with first and second shifts on weekdays and weekends. You will assist clients with personal care, mobility, meals, companionship, and light housekeeping while following care plans and reporting changes to the team.

Formación

• Active CNA or HHA certification.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Patient, compassionate, and dependable.
• Reliable with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities.
• Help with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning.
• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home.
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines.
• Report changes in clients’ conditions or needs to the care team.
