SYNERGY HomeCare in Bellingham, MA is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to help clients stay comfortable, independent, and safe at home. We offer flexible schedules with 20+ hours per week, weekly pay, and both full-time and part-time positions available.

You will provide personal care, assist with mobility, meals, companionship, light housekeeping, and follow care plans while communicating any health changes to the care team. Join a compassionate team dedicated to quality home care.

Formación

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification required.
• Caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient and dependable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home.
• Reliable and committed to scheduled shifts.
• Vaccination records preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Help clients with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping to keep homes safe and comfortable.
• Follow personalized care plans and daily routines.
• Communicate changes in clients' health or needs to the care team.
