Qualifications

• Minimum six months experience as a speech therapist / speech language pathologist.
• Requires a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Home Health experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and provide speech/language pathology services to patients.
• Develop and review the Plan of Treatment and Plan of Care.
• Administer and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Maintain and submit required documentation.
