Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current state SLP licensure in good standing.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CPR certification required; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing patient evaluations to assess speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized speech therapy treatment plans; coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete timely clinical documentation, progress notes, reassessments, and discharge summaries.
• Maintain compliance with Medicare requirements, state regulations, and agency policies; communicate progress with physicians and care team.
