Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver high-quality, in-home therapy. The role requires a Master’s in Language Pathology and an active SLP license, with at least 1 year of clinical experience.

You will assess patients, create care plans, and coordinate with physicians while visiting patients’ homes. The position involves up to 50% travel, flexible scheduling, and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted SLP license in the work state.
• Minimum one year of experience as an SLP in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct Speech-Language pathology services in home care.
• Develop and implement Plan of Care in accordance with guidelines.
• Document clinical notes and ensure coordination with physician and team.
• Travel within branch/office coverage area up to 50%.
