Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver high-quality care in patients' homes across Illinois. You will evaluate needs, develop plans of care, and provide direct SLP services while coordinating with physicians and care teams.

The role requires a Master’s in Language Pathology, an active SLP license, and at least 1 year of clinical experience. Travel up to 50% with a reliable vehicle is required. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted SLP license in the state of work.
• Minimum one year of clinical SLP experience.
• Willingness to travel 50% and have a dependable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and determine rehabilitation needs; develop plan of care.
• Admission and initial evaluation per guidelines; maintain follow-up assessments.
• Provide direct Speech-Language pathology services in home settings.
• Instruct patients/caregivers and integrate goals into home therapy program.
• Maintain accurate clinical notes and communicate with the care team.
