Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver skilled therapy in patients’ homes. You will evaluate language, speech, cognitive communication, and swallowing, tailoring plans under physician supervision.

The role requires a valid SLP license and reliable transportation for visits to diverse home settings across our service area. We emphasize safety, ongoing education, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must wear seat belts at all times while driving.
• Dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
• Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
• Currently licensed as an SLP in the State of Employment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and provide skilled speech-language therapy to individuals in a home setting.
• Treat patients with language impairments, motor speech disorders, dysphagia, cognitive communication difficulties.
• Care for patients who have experienced a stroke or have progressive diseases such as Parkinson’s or dementia.
