Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and deliver skilled therapy to patients in home settings under a physician’s supervision. Caseload may include single or multi-family homes, assisted living, independent living, or memory care as appropriate.

The role focuses on treating language impairments, motor speech disorders, dysphagia, cognitive communication challenges, voice disorders, and augmentative communication needs, including patients who

Qualifications

• Possess valid state driver’s license.
• Automobile liability insurance.
• Must wear seat belts at all times while driving.
• Dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
• Able to drive in all types of weather conditions.
• Currently licensed as an SLP in the State of Employment.
