The role requires CCC-SLP and active Texas licensure, a Master's in SLP, proficiency with clinical documentation systems, and a strong commitment to HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP certification and Texas license to practice in TX.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Proficient with clinical documentation systems and reporting software.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy practices.
• Experience handling confidential patient information with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech therapy services per physician orders and Plan of Care.
• Design and implement evidence-based, engaging therapy activities.
• Provide counseling and education to patients and families throughout treatment.
• Set measurable goals and track patient progress; identify improvements and challenges.
• Maintain proper setup, operation, and sterilization of therapy equipment.
