• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Proficient with clinical documentation systems and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech therapy services per physician orders and Plan of Care.
• Design and implement engaging, evidence-based exercises for each patient.
• Provide counseling and family education throughout treatment.
• Set measurable goals and track patient progress.
• Ensure proper setup and sterilization of therapy equipment per safety protocols.
• Review patient records to develop personalized treatment approaches.
• Engage in continuing education to maintain licensure and stay current.
