Job summary

Calqulate Metrics Ltd. is seeking an energetic Home Health Sales Liaison to promote our home health programs in Denver and surrounding areas.

You will build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals and community partners who refer patients for hospice services. The role requires proven Home Health Sales experience, local presence with established referral sources, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Home Health Sales experience is required.
• Must be local with established referral sources.
• Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources.
• Familiarity with Contact Management software (CRM).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Stable work history with verifiable performance.
