Graham Healthcare Group in Pittsburgh, PA is hiring a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) for AHN Healthcare@Home in the North Side area to provide skilled home health care. This full-time weekend role involves travel to patient homes and delivering patient-centered care in a supportive team setting.

Earn a $15,000 total bonus potential, including a $10,000 first-year success bonus and a $5,000 sign-on bonus, with ongoing rewards as you grow with the company.

• One year of RN experience providing patient care
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled, patient-centered care in a home health setting with an interdisciplinary team
• Perform patient assessments, medication management, and care planning
• Educate patients and families on disease management and treatment plans
• Think critically, solve problems, and document thoroughly in EMR
• Work independently, but collaborate with the team
• Travel to patient homes within assigned territory

What You’ll Do:

RN Qualifications
