AHN Healthcare@Home in Baden, PA is hiring a Weekend Registered Nurse to provide skilled home health care for patients in their homes. You’ll perform assessments, medications management, care planning, and educate families to support confident self-management.

Active PA RN license, at least 1 year of RN experience, and a valid driver's license are required. Expect travel within the assigned territory; a $10,000 first-year success bonus is offered, along with medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k),

• Deliver skilled, patient-centered care in a home health setting, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team that truly supports you
• Perform patient assessments, medication management, and care planning

• Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation

RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work
• One year of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care
• Due to the field-based nature of this home health position, a valid driver’s license and the ability to spend approximately 20% of your workday driving to and from patient locations are required.
