AHN Healthcare@Home is seeking a Weekend Home Health RN in Erie, PA to deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes. The role is a full-time weekend position requiring travel within the Erie area and a total of 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

This position is eligible for $20,000 total bonus potential , including a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year as well as an additional $10,000** sign-on bonus.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver skilled, patient-centered care in a home health setting, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team that truly supports you

• Perform patient assessments, medication management, and care planning

RN Qualifications
