Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Orlando is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide in-home care for pediatric and/or adult patients in Orlando, FL. This full-time role requires ventilator experience and offers a hourly wage of $30–$33 with a sign-on bonus potential.

Responsibilities include planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care at home, updating plans as patient status changes, and administering medications while documenting outcomes. English proficiency and current RN licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license for the state of practice.
• Current Health Certificate as required by contract or state regulations.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum of one year RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care at home.
• Initiates plans of care and revises as patient needs change.
• Performs therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions.
