CarePartners, a western North Carolina healthcare provider, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for home health visiting patients in the Waynesville/Asheville area. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in patients' homes.

The ideal candidate has an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, NC BON licensure, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of home health experience. On-call rotation is required.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Current RN licensure with North Carolina Board of Nursing (NCBON).
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification and at least 1 year of home health experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide coordinated skilled nursing care in home settings for all age groups.
• Complete OASIS, assessment and visit paperwork per agency policy.
• Communicate significant findings to Clinical Manager and physician; document interventions.
• Supervise home health aides and LPNs/LVNs to ensure quality care.
• Participate in on-call rotation and emergency coverage as required.
