Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: ADN or BSN required.
• License: Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC license may apply; licensee should confirm with NCBON. RN must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Certification: BLS Healthcare Provider.
• Experience: One year home health experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to facilitate delivery of professional nursing care.
• Utilize the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family.
• Implement medically prescribed interventions.
