Job summary

CarePartners is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver professional nursing care in the home health setting in western North Carolina. You will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, delegate and document care for patients and families, while ensuring safe, high-quality care.

Requires an RN license with NCBON (eNLC may apply), BLS certification, and a minimum of one year home health experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's Degree or Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• License: Current RN license with North Carolina Board of Nursing; eNLC may apply.
• Certification: BLS Healthcare Provider.
• Experience: One year home health experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership facilitating delivery of professional nursing care for patients.
• Utilizes the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation) to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching.
