Anew Home Health in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver in-home patient care on the southeast side (Franklin Township area). This full-time role may include PRN hours, and requires RN licensure in Indiana.

The company is locally owned, with a focus on compassionate service, strong teamwork, and community health education. The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care, coordinate with families and care teams, and support clinical education and training.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure in Indiana.
• One year of home health care experience preferred.
• One year supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Plan, organize and direct home care services for individuals and families in their homes.
• Promote community health education and coordinate with care teams.
