Job summary

Adoration Home Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services Corporation, seeks a Registered Nurse to provide one-to-one home health care in Forest Hill, MD. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive, patient-centered team environment.

You will assess patients, develop care plans, administer meds, educate families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while maintaining documentation and participating in on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• RN degree (Associate or Bachelor) with current unrestricted license in state of practice
• 1 year nursing practice in patient care setting required; home health/geriatrics preferred
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and proof of insurance
• New grads may be considered in select markets based on program availability
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients
• Create home health care plans aligned with orders and patient goals
• Direct nursing care: administer medications, treatments, interventions
• Provide pain and symptom management
• Educate and support patient’s family and caregivers
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by local branch
