Job summary

Signature Healthcare at Home in Oregon seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our home-based care team. You will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, develop care plans, and educate families to promote independence and wellbeing.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document accurately to HIPAA standards, and help patients recover after surgery or illness. CPR/BLS certification and a valid driver's license are required; Oregon RN license must be current.

• Valid driver’s license
• Must maintain current CPR/BLS certification
