Qualifications

Active, unencumbered Florida RN license (required).
Minimum 2 years of home health experience (required).
Strong knowledge of Medicare OASIS documentation (required).
Experience with WellSky/Kinnser EMR (preferred).

Responsibilities

Conduct co-visits to train and support field clinicians.
Lead clinical onboarding and orientation sessions.
Complete competency evaluations and skill validations.
Provide ongoing mentorship and clinical guidance.
Perform patient assessments, OASIS documentation, and care planning.
Deliver skilled nursing care including chronic and acute disease management.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
Travel within Sarasota County and surrounding areas as needed.
