Concierge Home Care is seeking an experienced Home Health RN Preceptor to lead, mentor, and grow clinical staff in the Southwest FL region. The role emphasizes mentoring clinicians, managing a reduced patient caseload, and delivering high-quality, autonomous leadership.
The RN Preceptor oversees onboarding, OASIS coaching, and ongoing professional development while traveling within the region to support multiple branches. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license required.
- Minimum 2 years of home health experience.
- Experience with Medicare OASIS documentation is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct co-visits to train and support field clinicians.
- Lead onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires.
- Complete competency evaluations and skill validations.
- Provide ongoing mentorship and clinical guidance.
- Perform patient assessments, OASIS documentation, and care planning.
- Deliver skilled nursing care including chronic/acute disease management, wound care, and pain management.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Travel within Sarasota County and surrounding areas as needed.

Concierge Home Care is hiring an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Preceptor in the Southwest FL area. This is a unique leadership opportunity for an RN who enjoys mentoring clinicians, supporting clinical excellence, and maintaining a manageable patient caseload.

- Serve as a clinical mentor with a reduced patient caseload
- Monday–Friday schedule — no nights, weekends, on-call, or 12-hour shifts
- Autonomy to manage your daily schedule and workflow
- Regional travel supporting multiple branches
- Train and develop new and existing clinicians
- Improve patient outcomes through hands‑on coaching
- Serve as a trusted clinical resource across your region
- AI-assisted charting to reduce documentation time
- Efficient EMR system (WellSky/Kinnser)
- Spend more time coaching and less time charting
- Salary: $85K+ (based on experience)

- Base salary + bonus opportunities + optional earnings
- Active, unencumbered Florida RN license (required)
- Minimum 2 years of home health experience (required)
- Strong knowledge of Medicare OASIS documentation (required)
- Experience with WellSky/Kinnser EMR (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory
- Structured onboarding into the Preceptor role
