Concierge Home Care in Sarasota, FL is hiring an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Preceptor to lead and mentor clinicians while maintaining a manageable patient caseload. This full-time role offers a flexible schedule with Monday–Friday shifts, no nights, weekends, or on-call requirements, and a base salary plus bonuses.

You will train new staff, perform competency evaluations, manage OASIS documentation, and collaborate with physicians across the region.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license (required)
• Minimum 2 years of home health experience (required)
• Strong knowledge of Medicare OASIS documentation (required)
• Experience with WellSky/Kinnser EMR (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Conduct co-visits to train and support field clinicians
• Lead clinical onboarding and orientation sessions
• Complete competency evaluations and skill validations
• Provide ongoing mentorship and clinical guidance
• Perform patient assessments and OASIS documentation
• Deliver skilled nursing care (chronic and acute disease management, medications, wound care)

RN Preceptor Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care, including:

• Support quality assurance and compliance initiatives
• Travel within Sarasota County and surrounding areas as needed

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-Time | Monday–Friday
• No nights, weekends, or on-call requirements
• Base salary + bonus opportunities + optional visit earnings

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida RN license (required)
• Minimum 2 years of home health experience (required)
• Strong knowledge of Medicare OASIS documentation (required)
• Experience with WellSky/Kinnser EMR (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory
• Structured onboarding into the Preceptor role
• Ongoing leadership development and training
