BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Full-Time RN Preceptor & Clinical Field Educator for home health in Maryland. You will train newly hired RNs and LPNs, mentor them through their first year, and still manage a small caseload of patients.

Territory includes Montgomery, Frederick, Washington, Howard and Carroll Counties. Requires Medicare-Certified Home Health experience and active MD RN license; HCHB experience preferred. Base pay 95k–105k annually.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Maryland is required.
• Prior Medicare-Certified Home Health experience is required.
• Experience in teaching, coaching, and mentoring.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Precept newly hired RNs and LPNs with one-on-one clinical training during home visits and mentor them during their first year.
• Collaborate with Clinical Manager and DCE to ensure ongoing staff competencies and education classes.
• Deliver direct care with a minimum 50% field time, including case management, medication administration, and client assessments.
• Onboard new clinicians and build onboarding calendars; coordinate onboarding across disciplines.
