Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. in Boston, MA is seeking a Full-Time RN Preceptor to lead the training and development of newly hired RNs and LPNs while maintaining your own patient caseload.

You will precept, educate, and onboard staff, providing one-on-one mentoring, feedback, and hands-on clinical coaching during home visits. Prior Medicare-Certified Home Health experience is required; HCHB experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Prior Medicare-Certified Home Health experience required.
• Teaching/coaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Precept newly hired RNs and LPNs, providing one-on-one clinical training during home visits and mentor them through their first year.
• Educate and onboard staff to ensure ongoing competencies and effective caseload management.
• Deliver direct care tasks, administer medications, perform wound care, and complete client assessments as needed.
• Collaborate with Clinical Education to maintain training consistency and clinician retention.
