BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Full-Time RN Preceptor & Clinical Field Educator to train newly hired RNs and LPNs while maintaining a hands-on caseload of patients in Montgomery, Frederick, Washington, Howard and Carroll Counties.

The role emphasizes mentoring, onboarding, and ongoing clinical education, with duties spanning in-home precepting, collaboration with the Clinical Education team, and leadership in maintaining high standards of home health care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the State of MD.
• Prior Medicare-Certified Home Health experience required; HCHB experience preferred.
• Strong passion for clinical education, coaching, and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Precept newly hired RNs and LPNs, providing one-on-one clinical training during home visits and mentoring through their first year.
• Assist in developing and mentoring new preceptors, with ongoing assessment of preceptor effectiveness.
• Deliver direct care as an RN Case Manager, including medication administration, wound care, and assessments (minimum 50% field time).
• Collaborate with the RN Clinical Manager and Clinical Educator to ensure ongoing staff competencies and onboarding calendars.
