Pay Rates – Per Completed Visit

• SOC / ROC – $140–$150
• SOC + IV / Wound Vac (complex skill add‑on) – $170
• Recertification – $95
• Revisit / RN 19 – $75
• RN 18 Discharge – $80
• Downtime (pre‑approved wait time) – $40/hr

Premium Add‑ons

• Same‑Day / Urgent – +$25
• Weekend – +$25
• Holiday – +$50

"Completed" = visit done in the home + documentation finished in EMR within 24 hours + orders/signatures uploaded + meets QA standards.

Service Area & Schedule

Cleveland / Northeast Ohio. Weekdays, weekends, evenings, on‑demand—flexible schedule.

Requirements

Must‑Have

• Active RN license (Ohio) + current BLS certification
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license with ability to travel throughout the Cleveland / Northeast Ohio service area
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience

Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have

• OASIS certification or demonstrated OASIS experience
• Prior home health experience
• Familiarity with HCHB or similar home health EMR

Salary: $80 – $170 per visit
