Qualifikationen

• Must possess an active RN license in the state of service or a multi-state license via eNLC.
• Driver’s license required.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire.

Aufgaben

• Performs the functions of the home health aide.
• Performs and monitors basic patient care per policies.
• Provides a safe and comfortable environment in the patient’s home.
• Ensures privacy and dignity during all patient care.
• Completes assignments in a timely manner.
• Assumes on-call responsibility per policy.
• Communicates patient care problems to the administrative staff and/or IDT.
• Provides age-appropriate care per education level and guidelines.
• Completes OASIS SOC/ROC and related documentation per Medicare guidelines.
• Documents patient status and care provided in required systems.
