Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking qualified nursing professionals to administer skilled care to patients in the home setting. You will educate patients and families and collaborate with the health care team to follow the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).

Applicants must be graduates of an approved clinical education program, licensed in Alabama, with at least one year of licensed professional experience.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Licensed in the state where currently practice.
• Minimum of one year experience as a licensed professional.
• Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
