Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed professional nurse to administer intermittent skilled care in patients’ homes within Alabama. You will teach patients and families, coordinate with the health care team, and perform services per physician orders and the plan of care.

This role requires CPR certification and onboarding to Enhabit’s clinical standards. The position emphasizes compassionate in-home care, mobility between patient locations, and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
