Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking dedicated healthcare professionals to deliver skilled care in patients' homes across Alabama. You will work closely with physicians, families, and care teams to implement plans of care and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• At least one year of experience as a licensed professional.
• CPR certification for the healthcare provider is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
