Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed professional to administer skilled home health care, teach patients and families, and follow physician orders and the plan of care.

Candidates must be graduates of an approved school of clinical education, licensed in the practicing state, and have at least one year of licensed professional experience; proficiency with mobile devices is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
