Job summary

Mercy is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to manage and deliver high‑quality home health nursing services. The role requires an RN license, two years of Medical/Surgical experience, and a valid driver’s license with auto liability insurance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Currently licensed in the state as a Registered Nurse.
• Two years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience.
• Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance.
• Preferred: BSN and Home Health experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management and home nursing services per agency standards and CHNP guidelines.
• Care for patients in their homes, coordinating with families and other healthcare team members to ensure quality outcomes.

Education

Registered Nurse (RN) degree

BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) preferred
