Job summary

Nightingale Health Services is seeking Home Health Registered Nurses to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in home settings in Massachusetts. This role offers both full-time and part-time options with paid per visit compensation starting at $38 per visit.

Responsibilities include collecting histories, educating families, delivering skilled nursing care per care plans, and coordinating referrals. Orientation is available at the Taunton office with opportunities for growth and benefits

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• TB test within last 12 months.
• CPR certification required.
• Driver's license required.
• Physical exam within last 12 months.
• OASIS and WellSky experience preferred (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Collect patient medical histories and assess health (vitals, mental status, diet).
• Educate patients and families on nursing services and care plans.
• Provide skilled nursing care per care plans and HIPAA.
• Evaluate effectiveness of nursing interventions and adjust care plans.
• Submit accurate and timely patient notes/documentation.
• Coordinate additional services as needed (LPN, HHA, PCA).
• Arrange referrals for PT or medical social work.
• Supervise and support LPNs, HHAs, and PCAs.
