Infinity Hospice Care LLC is seeking a registered nurse to administer home health nursing care, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, clients and families, and the referring agency. The RN will assess needs, develop and revise the Plan of Care, ensure quality and continuity of care, and participate in case conferences while maintaining compliance and safety standards.

Competenze

• Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing Program.
• Current RN license in good standing; CPR certification.
• Preferred Home Health care experience is an asset.
• Must read, write and comprehend English.
