Well Care Health in Conway, SC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide in-home patient care across Conway and surrounding areas. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for adolescents to geriatrics, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires a valid SC/NC nursing license, CPR, and at least 1 year RN experience (2+ total). You will communicate with patients and families, maintain schedules, and uphold agency values while delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current nursing license in SC/NC with CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience; 2+ years clinical experience total required.
