Well Care Health is seeking a compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in patients' homes across North Carolina. You will assess health needs, implement care plans, and educate patients and families, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

The ideal candidate has RN licensure in NC/SC, CPR certification, and 1 year of RN experience with 2+ years total clinical experience.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (AD, Diploma or BSN).
• Current RN license in NC/SC with CPR certification.
• One year RN experience and total 2+ years clinical experience; home health preferred.
• Must be able to transfer and assist patients; good English communication.
• Ability to work with a multidisciplinary team and manage caseload.
• Flexible scheduling; valid NC driver's license and vehicle required.
• Strong assessment, planning and teaching skills.
• Ability to read readouts and operate basic care equipment.
• Ability to work in varied home settings and maintain safety.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and company values.
• Must meet physical requirements (lifting, positioning).
• Must be able to document and communicate effectively.
