Job summary

The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team in Florida.

You will apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services. You will perform nursing duties, document plans of care, monitor patient conditions, and revise plans as needed to ensure high-quality care in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license (Florida).
• Current Health Certificate per facility/state regulations.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient.
• Document the plan of care with diagnosed issues, expected outcomes and interventions.
• Perform interventions according to priorities, plan of care and hospital policies.
• Revise the plan of care based on evaluation and changes in medical status.
• Use clinical judgment to establish priorities for the assigned unit/floor.
• Other Registered Nurse duties as assigned.
