Discovery at Home is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive in-home health care in Florida. You will assess needs, create care plans, administer medications, monitor progress, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Applicants should have a BSN or ADN, at least one year in home health, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license. Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid guidelines and MS Windows is preferred.

Competenze

• Must be licensed or registered by the applicable state without restrictions.
• One year of home health experience required.
• Must have knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid guidelines.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must have a current CPR certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skill proficiency. Ability to use Microsoft Windows.
