Job summary

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN license in the state providing care.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
• Two-step negative TB skin test or chest X-ray required.

Responsibilities

• Provides care as per state’s nurse practice act.
• Makes initial evaluations and regularly reassesses client needs.
• Initiates and revises the care plan.

Skills
