Job summary

OhioHealth at Home in partnership with Compassus seeks an RN to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes across Columbus, OH. You will complete assessments, monitor progress, educate patients and families, and manage plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

The role offers a pay-per-visit model with flexible scheduling and competitive benefits, including PTO, 401(k) match, and health/dental/vision coverage. A valid RN license and home health experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• 1+ year nursing experience; home health preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
