Job summary

OhioHealth at Home, in partnership with Compassus, is seeking an experienced registered nurse for home healthcare. The role offers pay-per-visit compensation, flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, and AI-powered documentation to reduce paperwork, with PTO and a 401(k) match for eligible teammates.

Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, complete assessments, educate patients and families, and manage care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• 1+ year nursing experience; home health preferred
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
