Bon Secours Home Care and Hospice by Compassus seeks a caring Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) in Virginia Beach to deliver in‑home care, helping patients recover at home and maintain quality of life. You will educate families, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and provide clinical oversight for your caseload.

Required are a valid RN license, CPR/BCLS certification, and 2 years of RN experience (home health preferred).

Qualifications

• Must have RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse; home health experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Support patient recovery and enable staying at home with loved ones.
• Educate patients and families to reach healthcare goals and manage disease.
• Case manage and provide clinical oversight to the interdisciplinary team.
