Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed healthcare professional to provide skilled home health visits in the Richmond, VA area. You will administer care per physician orders, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the care team to implement the plan of care.

The role requires active state licensure, graduation from an approved clinical education program, and at least one year of experience. Strong technology skills, including mobile devices, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Licensed in the state where they practice.
• At least one year of experience as a licensed professional.
• Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients per physician orders and the plan of care.
• Educate patient, family, and health care team members on care plan and progress.
