Job summary

Adoration Health in Macon, GA is seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to deliver 1:1 in-home care aligned with physician orders.

You’ll work Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with on-call rotation, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, educating families, and building lasting patient relationships.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN license in the state of practice and residence is required.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience; home health or geriatrics preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create home health care plans aligned with MD orders and patient goals.
• Direct nursing care: medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management for patients.
• Educate and support patients' families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch.
