Adoration Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team in Macon, GA. This full-time role offers weekend scheduling options and a $10K sign-on bonus for external candidates, with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, mileage reimbursement, and generous PTO.

The RN will provide 1:1 patient care at home, develop care plans, administer medications, educate families, and collaborate with a care team to ensure high-quality,

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college with current state license.
• One year nursing practice in patient care; home health/geriatrics preferred.
• CPR certification and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create home health care plans based on MD orders and patient goals.
• Direct nursing care: administer medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support patient’s family and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch.
